Artesano
Lima by way of Tribeca, in a room small enough that the right night sells out before you finish deciding.

Why Artesano is hard to book
The dining room is intimate by design, an open kitchen and a handful of tables that turn slowly because nobody here is rushed. Chef Rodrigo Fernandini cooks Peru's greatest hits with a downtown polish, and word has carried. Off-peak you can wander in. The problem is the night you actually want: a Friday or Saturday at eight, a corner table for the pisco list and the ceviche. Those seats are few, they go early, and a room this size has no margin to absorb a sold-out weekend.
We work the prime-time window for you. We watch the table open and we watch the cancellations roll back in as plans change, and the moment the seat you want surfaces we secure it in your name for the night you asked for. Same room, same date, no swaps and no consolation prize on a Tuesday you never wanted. You arrive to a table that is already yours.
