What a year of membership actually looks like.
Three realistic patterns from our first year of operation. All figures are net of the $1,000 membership.
6 reservations across the year.
Mostly Tier I and Tier II. A handful of anniversary dinners and one birthday at Tier III.
18 reservations, mostly Tier II / III.
One or two bookings a month. Tasting menus, late tables, the occasional rooftop.
40 reservations including one Tier IV.
Executive, social, family. One Tier IV chef's-table buyout that alone covers the year.
Six things to know.
Is the $1,000 charged monthly or annually?

Can I cancel?

Are bookings transferable?
No. Each table is confirmed for your party.

Member pricing applies automatically. You do not have to remember anything.
How many bookings per year?
Unlimited.
