Every restaurant on the list is priced by tier. The non-member price is the fee. The member price is what you pay if you carry the card. No bidding. No surge.
Members pay 50–80% less per reservation. There are no additional perks, no concierge layer, no champagne welcome. The card pays for itself after three or four reservations at Tier II or above.
