Customer Agreement

NY GBL §391-w disclosure. The Elusive List, Inc. provides reservation procurement services on behalf of consumers. We do not hold, sell, or transfer inventory of restaurant reservations. Reservations are made in the consumer's legal name and phone number. Fees are charged only upon successful confirmation of the requested reservation. Refund window: cancellation more than 24 hours before service is fully refundable; cancellation within 24 hours is non-refundable. Members are billed annually; cancel any time before renewal. Service available in NY, DC, CA, NV, FL. Additional state disclosures available upon request. The Elusive List is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant listed on this site.
