Fredrik Berselius runs Aska out of a converted warehouse in Williamsburg, serving a twelve-to-fourteen-course Nordic tasting menu that earned two Michelin stars. The room seats about twenty-six across a counter and a few tables, two seatings a night.
Tock opens reservations in monthly drops, and the drop fills inside minutes. The downstairs bar takes the same menu in à la carte form and is the back door to the same kitchen.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Aska, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
