It is not a SevenRooms problem. It is a prime-time problem.
Beefbar is the Monaco-born steakhouse chain's first New York address, opened on Madison Avenue with the brand's signature Kobe beef program and a dining room that leans more European than American steakhouse. Ranked among the city's harder Best on the secondary market since opening.
SevenRooms lists the room and the 7-to-9pm tables clear quickly. The bar in front takes walk-ins for the full menu and is the practical door for a single seat; later seatings stay open longer than prime.
