This is the room where Dan Barber first brought the farm to the city in 2000, reborn in 2021 as a menuless, shared-plate dinner on Washington Place. The dining room is small, the kitchen cooks from what the farm and the season deliver, and seven nights of demand chase a handful of tables. Reservations release exactly 28 days ahead at midnight Eastern, and the prime weekend seatings are claimed in the first minutes. Most nights, the only way in is a cancellation that surfaces and vanishes before anyone is watching.
We work the clock so you do not have to. The moment the 28-day window opens at midnight, we are there for the date you want, and we keep watching the room for the cancellations that quietly open later. When a seat is yours, we secure it in your name at this venue, on the night you asked for. Same room, same date, never a substitute. You simply arrive.
