Why Cecchi's is hard to book
Cecchi's is a single warm room on West 13th Street, the former Cafe Loup space, run by Michael Cecchi-Azzolina, a maitre d' with decades behind the doors of New York's most-watched dining rooms. The book opens thirty days in advance at midnight, and prime-time tables are gone almost the instant they appear. A long waitlist forms nightly, the seat count is small, and the people who know how to work the midnight drop take the best slots before most members are even awake.
We do the waiting for you. We hold the exact night you want, we are watching the moment the thirty-day window opens, and we keep watching the cancellations after that. When a table at Cecchi's becomes available for your date, we secure it in your name. Same room, same night you asked for, never a swap to another restaurant or another evening.
