Why this room is hard

It is not an OpenTable problem. It is a 28-day window.

Dhamaka opened in Essex Market in 2021 as the Unapologetic Foods group's loudest, most regional Indian room, leaning into goat brain, junglee maas, and other dishes most Indian dining rooms in the city had been quietly leaving off the menu. The room seats about fifty and has been hard since week one.

OpenTable opens twenty-eight days ahead. The 7-to-9pm tables clear within the first minutes; weeknights and late seatings stay open longer. Semma and Adda are the group's sibling rooms in the same lineage.

Twenty-eight days out. Three siblings. One goat brain.
