Chef Dunsmoor opened Dunsmoor in Glassell Park with a live-fire kitchen and a menu that pulls from American heritage cooking. The hearth is the room's center and the menu changes with the fire.
OpenTable opens two weeks ahead. Weekend prime tables clear first; weeknights and the late seatings stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu when a seat opens.
