é by José Andrés is the chef's two-Michelin-star tasting counter hidden inside Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan. Eight seats face the kitchen, two seatings a night, a menu that runs as a modernist Spanish tasting with around twenty courses.
Tock releases seats in monthly drops. The eight seats clear in the first minute; the room runs no public waitlist outside Tock. Jaleo in the same building is the easier door for the same kitchen lineage.
