Elia opened on Main Street in Pleasanton in 2021, all whitewashed walls and abundant greenery, more Mykonos than the bank branch across the street. The kitchen runs Aegean: just-baked bread with crushed kalamata, roasted eggplant dip, avgolemono, beef and lamb kefthedes. The room has grown into a small Bay Area group, with sister tables in Walnut Creek and San Carlos, but the original dining room and its front patio remain the seats people actually ask for, and prime weekend evenings on that patio go before the week is out.
This is not a reservation system. It is a guest list. We hold standing relationships across the group's rooms, so when the patio reads full online we know which tables open late, which cancellations land the day of, and which name to ask for at the host stand. You tell us the night and the party. We find the seat that the booking page will not show you.

You eat.
Walk into Elia, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
