Why Fish Cheeks is hard to book
It is one small, festive room on Bond Street, and it has been full almost every night since it opened in 2016. The kitchen turns out the kind of coastal Thai seafood you usually have to fly for, and the city has never stopped lining up for it. Tables release just 30 days ahead at midnight Eastern, and the prime evening slots are claimed in the first minutes. Show up without a booking and you are looking at a wait that regularly runs two hours.
We sit on the midnight drop the moment your night opens 30 days out, and we keep watching for the cancellations that surface as the date nears. When a table for your party appears, we secure it in your name for the exact night you want. Same room on Bond Street, same date you asked for. We never swap you to another evening and never send you somewhere else.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Fish Cheeks, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
