Why Forsythia is hard to book
Forsythia is small on purpose. Chef Jacob Siwak turns out at least eight hand-made pastas a night in a room that seats only a handful of tables, and the kitchen rolls every shape by hand. Demand has outrun the dining room since the day it grew out of a pandemic pop-up into a Michelin Bib Gourmand favorite. Tables release on a rolling window in the morning, and the best nights are claimed within seconds of the clock striking ten. By the time most people open the page, the night they wanted is already gone.
We work the drop and the cancellations for you. The moment a Forsythia table releases at 10am we are there for the exact date you asked for, and we keep watching the cancellation feed in the days that follow so a no-show becomes your seat. The booking lands in your name, at this table, on the night you wanted. Same venue, same date, never a swap to a different room or a different evening.
