Why Francie is hard to book
Francie is a single dining room. There is one open kitchen, a finite number of widely spaced tables, and a city that decided years ago this was a destination worth crossing a bridge for. Tables release on a rolling 30-day window, and the most-wanted nights, the weekend prime seatings around the famous Crown Roast of Rohan Duck, are claimed within minutes of opening. There is no overflow room and no second seating to fall back on. When a Friday at eight is gone, it is simply gone.
We watch the drop the moment it opens, and we keep watching the cancellations that follow, because a room this small turns over quietly all week long. You tell us the night you want at Francie, and we secure that table in your name, at that venue, on that date. We do not redirect you to another restaurant and we do not offer you a different evening. Same room, same night, or we keep working until it is yours.
