Golden Steer Steakhouse has run off-Strip since 1958 and was a Rat Pack-era haunt with red leather booths, a piano bar, and a steakhouse menu that has not materially changed in decades. The room was named by the Las Vegas Sun as one of the secondary market's hottest Vegas rooms in March 2025.

OpenTable opens about two weeks ahead. Weekend prime tables clear first; weeknights and the late seatings stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu.
