Curtis and Luke Stone opened Gwen on Sunset Boulevard with an attached butcher shop, a wood-fired dining room, and a tasting menu that has anchored Hollywood fine dining since 2016. About sixty seats in the dining room, more at the butcher counter.
Resy opens two weeks ahead. Weekend prime tables clear fast; the butcher shop next door serves the same cuts at lunch with no reservation.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Gwen, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
