Han Il Kwan has run in the Outer Richmond for decades as one of San Francisco's defining Korean dining rooms, with a banchan-and-barbecue menu and a kitchen that runs a wide casserole and stew program. The room takes phone-only requests and walk-ins.
The room takes calls for larger parties; smaller groups walk in. The 90-day average trade on the secondary market is one of SF's lowest in the top 25, which is a function of the room not being on a public reservation platform.
