I Cavallini is Brendan McHale's Bowery Italian, opened in the old Peasant address with a menu that runs Roman and a dining room that traffics in scene as much as service. The horses on the wall give the room its name.
Resy opens fourteen days ahead at 8am Eastern. Weekend prime tables go in the first two minutes; weeknights and late seatings stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu.

You eat.
Walk into I Cavallini, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
