L'Artusi opened on West 10th in 2008 and has stayed inside the city's secondary-market top ten for nearly two decades. The pasta program anchors the menu, the dining room sits over two floors, and the bar pours a deep Italian list.
Resy opens two weeks ahead. The 7-to-9pm tables go in the first minute; weeknights and late seatings stay open longer. The bar on the ground floor takes walk-ins for the full menu most nights.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.
You are confirmed.
We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into L'Artusi, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
