L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami opened in the Design District in 2018 as part of the late chef's global counter-only program. One Michelin star, the signature red-and-black room, a tasting menu and an à la carte option, and the chef's-counter format that defined the Robuchon Ateliers.

OpenTable lists the room. Counter seats facing the kitchen go first; banquette tables stay open longer. The same building houses a separate Robuchon dining room (Le Jardin Robuchon) with a different menu.

Tell us the night, the time window, the party size. Two minutes on this page. Card on file, not charged.

We confirm the request.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

You eat.

Walk into L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Miami, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
