Manhatta sits on the 60th floor of 28 Liberty, a single dining room hung in the sky over the harbor, the bridges, and the length of the island. From a USHG kitchen, the cooking earns the view rather than coasting on it, which is exactly why the room stays full. Tables release on a 28-day rolling window, and the most coveted slots, sunset and the evenings around it, are claimed within moments of going live. There is only one room and only one skyline, so demand always runs ahead of supply.
We watch the drop the instant it opens 28 days out at noon Eastern, and we keep watching the cancellation flow right up to your night. When the table you want surfaces, we secure it in your name for the exact evening you asked for. Same venue, same date, always. We do not offer you a different night or a different room as a consolation. You tell us when you want to be up there, and we get you up there.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Manhatta, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
