It is not a Resy problem. It is a prime-time problem.
Brandon Jew opened Mister Jiu's on the upper floors of a Chinatown banquet hall in 2016 and earned a Michelin star within two years. The dining room overlooks the neighborhood; the menu is modern Chinese that pulls from Cantonese tradition.
Resy opens about two weeks ahead. The 7-to-8:30pm window slots clear first. The bar (Moongate Lounge upstairs) is the team's cocktail program and runs its own door.
