Niki Nakayama opened n/soto in the Arts District as n/naka's downtown sibling, with a more compact tasting menu and a similar voice. The room is smaller; the wait is meaningfully shorter than n/naka's; the kitchen DNA is the same.
Tock releases seats three months ahead alongside n/naka. Weeknights at n/soto stay open longer than weekends at n/naka. For the same kitchen lineage on a much shorter wait, this is the door.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.
You are confirmed.
We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into N/Soto, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
