Why Nami Nori is hard to book
Three veterans of Masa built a room that runs on intimacy, not volume. Seats are few, the chef hands each open temaki across the counter himself, and the dining tables turn slowly because nobody wants to leave. Reservations release only about two weeks out, and the moment the window opens the night is gone. Everyone else takes their chances in the line that forms on Carmine Street.
We watch the release the instant it drops, fourteen days ahead at midnight Eastern, and we watch the cancellations that surface in the days that follow. When a seat opens on the night you want, we secure it in your name. Same room, same date, never a substitute. You simply tell us when, and you walk in to a table waiting for you.
