Why this room is hard

It is not a Tock problem. It is a two-week window.

Niku Steakhouse runs in SoMa as a wagyu-focused steakhouse with a dry-aging program and a chef's counter facing the open kitchen. The room sits inside SF's secondary-market top 50.

Tock opens two weeks ahead. Weekend prime tables clear first; the chef's counter is a separate higher-priced reservation that books its own calendar. The bar takes walk-ins for a shorter menu.

Wagyu. One counter. Two-week window.

What to expect

Five steps, start to seated.

01

You ask.

Tell us the night, the time window, the party size. Two minutes on this page. Card on file, not charged.

02

We confirm the request.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

03

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

04

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

05

You eat.

Walk into Niku Steakhouse, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
