Why Pranakhon is hard to book

Pranakhon recreates the soi, the open-air alley food scene of Bangkok, inside a sprawling two-story room on University Place, and the city has decided it wants to eat there. Michelin's Bib Gourmand nod turned a neighborhood favorite into a destination, and even a large dining room runs out of the slots people actually want. The pressure lands on weekend prime time and on tables for four or more, where a strict 90-minute turn means the kitchen can only hand back so many seats a night. Walk-ins wait. The 7 to 9 window on a Friday or Saturday is the one everyone is after, and it goes first.

We work a single table: the one you actually want, at Pranakhon, on the night you name. We watch the moment new inventory drops fourteen days out, and we watch the cancellations that surface as plans change closer in, and we secure the table in your name. Same venue, same date, every time. If the night you want is Saturday at eight, we hold for Saturday at eight. We never quietly move you to a different evening and never swap in another room.

You ask.

Tell us the night, the time window, the party size. Two minutes on this page. Card on file, not charged.

We confirm the request.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

You eat.

Walk into Pranakhon, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
