Why this room is hard

It is not an OpenTable problem. It is a two-week window.

Billy Durney (Hometown Bar-B-Que) opened Red Hook Tavern with a tight American menu and a dry-aged burger that anchored the dining room within months of opening. The room is small, the bar holds about ten seats, and the kitchen runs a wood-fired hearth.

OpenTable opens fourteen days ahead at midnight Eastern. Weekend tables clear quickly; weeknights and lunch stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu most nights.

One burger. One hearth. Two-week window.
