Shion Uino opened 69 Leonard Street in 2022 after building his name at Sushi Amane and Sushi Saito in Tokyo. The room is eight seats, the menu is twenty pieces of omakase, and the second Michelin star came in 2024.
Tock releases seats two months ahead in a single drop. The list of people who get in is a list of people who set an alarm for noon Eastern on the first of every month. The kitchen does not maintain a private waitlist.
