Jeremy Ford (Top Chef Season 13 winner) opened Stubborn Seed on South Beach in 2017 and earned a Michelin star in 2022. The menu is a modern American tasting with à la carte options; the dining room seats about seventy.
Resy opens two weeks ahead. Weekend tables compete; weeknights stay open longer. The chef's counter facing the open kitchen is a separate higher-priced reservation.

You eat.
Walk into Stubborn Seed, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
