SW Steakhouse runs inside the Wynn as the resort's lake-facing steakhouse, with a patio that catches the Lake of Dreams show and a dry-aged beef program. The room cross-trades with Gordon Ramsay and the Mayfair corridor on the secondary market.

SevenRooms opens two weeks ahead. Patio tables aligned to the Lake of Dreams show clear first; the indoor dining room and the bar stay open longer.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

You eat.

Walk into SW Steakhouse Las Vegas, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
