Thai Diner opened in NoLita in 2020 as the Uncle Boons team's all-day Thai-American room, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the same kitchen. The room is small and the menu is short.
Resy opens twenty-nine days ahead at 9am Eastern. Brunch and the dinner prime slots clear in the first minute; weekday lunches stay available. Walk-ins and the counter work most weekday hours.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.
We work the room.
We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.
You are confirmed.
We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Thai Diner, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
