Why this room is hard

It is not a SevenRooms problem. It is a holiday-weekend problem.

The Buffet at Wynn runs as one of the city's defining resort buffets, with a multi-station format and a dining room engineered for high holiday volume. The room cross-trades with Delilah and Carbone on the secondary market during peak weekends.

SevenRooms opens about two weeks ahead. Holiday weekends and Saturday-night dinner clear first; weeknight lunches and dinners stay open longer. The room handles walk-ins on off-peak hours.

Wynn buffet. Holiday hard. Walk-in works off-peak.
