Double Chicken Please runs two rooms on Allen Street: the front room with the chicken sandwiches and walk-in cocktails, and the Coop in the back with the reservation-only tasting cocktail menu. The Coop has ranked among the World's 50 Best Bars and the seat is the hardest single bar booking on the Lower East Side.
Resy opens the Coop six days ahead at midnight Eastern. The seats clear in the first minute. The front room takes walk-ins all service and is the practical door if the Coop is gone.
