The Grill occupies the Mies van der Rohe-designed dining room of the Seagram Building, run by Major Food Group since 2017 as a power-lunch and clubby-dinner room. The pool room next door is the team's other format in the same building.
Resy opens two weeks ahead. Lunch and the 7-to-9pm dinner tables clear quickly; the late seatings stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu. The Pool next door is a separate reservation.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.
We work the room.
We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.
You are confirmed.
We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into The Grill, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
