The Nines opened on Great Jones in 2023 with a cocktail program in front and a tight pasta menu in back. The dining room is small, the bar is the room's anchor, and the music runs loud after 10pm.
Resy opens thirteen days ahead at midnight Eastern. Weekend tables clear in the first minute; weeknights and late seatings stay open longer. The bar takes walk-ins for the full menu most nights.

We confirm the request.
An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.
We work the room.
We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.
You are confirmed.
We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into The Nines, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
