Why this room is hard

It is not an OpenTable problem. It is a resort-room problem.

Thomas Keller opened The Surf Club Restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club in 2017, earning a Michelin star at his Florida outpost. The dining room runs an American grill menu with French technique, and the room itself is a restored mid-century landmark.

OpenTable lists the room. Resort guests get a separate booking channel; the public Tock-equivalent slots are the harder seat. The hotel has multiple food rooms — Le Sirenuse, Champagne Bar — that are different doors from the same property.

You ask.

Tell us the night, the time window, the party size. Two minutes on this page. Card on file, not charged.

We confirm the request.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

04

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

05

You eat.

Walk into The Surf Club Restaurant, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
