Why this room is hard

It is not an OpenTable problem. It is a two-week window.

Anthony Mangieri has run Una Pizza Napoletana in various cities since 1996 and brought it to the Lower East Side in 2018. The room serves around seventy pies a night, the menu is five pizzas long, and the door closes when the dough runs out.

OpenTable opens fourteen days ahead at 9am Eastern. The seats clear in the first minute. Walk-in standby works on slower weeknights; the room shuts when the pies are gone.

Seventy pies. Five options. Two-week window.
