Wildair runs on roughly forty seats and a walk-in rhythm, which is precisely why the room is so hard to land. There is no neat block of tables to claim weeks out. Seats turn over in real time as the night unfolds, and on the evenings everyone wants, the door fills the moment it opens. The people who eat here are the ones standing in the right place at the right minute. Everyone else watches the room go from outside.

We do the standing and the watching for you. We track the door and the turns at Wildair on the exact night you want, hold the line as seats open, and lock the table in your name so you walk straight in. Same room, same date you asked for, never a swap to another night and never a substitute restaurant. When the seat is yours, you simply arrive.

What to expect

Five steps, start to seated.

You ask.

Tell us the night, the time window, the party size. Two minutes on this page. Card on file, not charged.

We confirm the request.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

05

You eat.

Walk into Wildair, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
