Why Zou Zou's is hard to book
From the NoMad alumnae behind it, Zou Zou's turns the flavors of Lebanon, Turkey, Israel, and beyond into a theatrical big-night-out, anchored by an open hearth and a chef's counter built for watching the fire work. That combination of a buzzy Manhattan West room and food made for sharing has made it a default for celebrations and groups, which means the desirable evenings get claimed almost as soon as the calendar opens. Tables release on a fixed advance schedule, and prime weekend windows and the chef's counter are gone within minutes of going live.
We do the watching for you. The night your reservation window opens, we are on it the instant it releases, and we keep watching for the cancellations that surface as the date approaches. We secure the table in your name, at the venue you asked for, on the date you asked for. Same restaurant, same night, never a substitute and never a different evening nudged in its place.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.
You are confirmed.
We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Zou Zou's, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
