Bavette's is the Las Vegas outpost of Brendan Sodikoff's Chicago original, a candlelit, low-lit room inside Park MGM built to feel like a supper club, not a casino steakhouse. The dining room is intimate by design, and on Friday and Saturday nights the seven o'clock and eight o'clock seatings are gone long before the weekend arrives. The demand is real enough that prime tables here trade hands on the resale market for a premium. The room fills, and the good hours are spoken for first.

We hold a relationship with the host stand, not a place in the online queue. We watch the book for the weekend cancellations that surface late and never reach the public, and we know which seatings open when a large party falls through. When your name comes to the floor, it arrives from someone they already know.

What to expect

You ask.

Tell us the night, the time window, the party size. Two minutes on this page. Card on file, not charged.

We confirm the request.

An operator reviews the request, checks the room, and sends a confirmation that we are working it. Usually within thirty minutes.

03

We work the room.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

04

You are confirmed.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.

05

You eat.

Walk into Bavette’s, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
