ZZ's Club is not a restaurant that takes reservations. It is a private membership club from Major Food Group, and the dining room, the two indoor rooms, the courtyard, and the 16-seat omakase bar are open to members only. Membership runs a $13,000 initiation fee on top of annual dues, and the application requires two referrals, one of them from a founding member. The room answers to its own list, not to the public.
We move inside the membership, not around it. We hold the relationships that put a name on the right list, and we know the seats that open when a member brings guests or a table goes unclaimed. The omakase counter and the dining rooms are accessed through people, and those are the people we know. We place your name where the door already recognizes it.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into ZZ’s Club, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
