Mother Wolf is Evan Funke's ode to Roman cooking, and since it opened in 2022 it has stayed one of the most coveted rooms in Los Angeles. The book opens just seven days out, at midnight, refreshed one day at a time, and the tables vanish in the time it takes to add a card. The dining room is glamorous and finite, the bar is held for walk-ins, and the rest of the floor is gone before most people are awake.
It is not a reservation system. It is a guest list. We are in the book at Wilcox, we know how the seven-day release behaves, and we watch the cancellations the public never sees. We put your name where the host stand already knows it, and we move on the openings the moment they surface.

We reach the floor manager directly, by phone or by text, depending on the night. We do not refresh Resy. We make a call.

We charge the card and send your confirmation — the time and the name to give the host.
You eat.
Walk into Mother Wolf, give your name at the host stand, sit down. The room takes it from there. We do not see you again until the next request.
